|Recommended: YesFew Things — Love living here but the smell in the P1 parking garage is absolutely awful. Some pet owners really need to be mindful of where their pets do their business as there are plenty of spaces for them to relieve themselves. I feel bad for the cleaning staff as I’ve gone in the elevators multiple times and there is urine on the floor. Other than that I love it here

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment In A Great Location — I’ve recently moved to Terrace Station and so far enjoyed my experience. The staff are friendly and attentive, amenities are great, walkable distance to the sound transit light rail, and events My apartment itself is everything I could’ve asked for, especially the space in the kitchen.
My only complaint is the cleanliness of the other renters and their pets. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed the lack of respect and responsibility some pet owners have in leaving their pets excrements in elevators, hallways, and especially the retail garage in the east building. It’s a consistent lingering odor that my guests have to hold their noses when parking in the garage. It’s also on the rooftop, where people leave their pet waste in the pet relief area and on the children play area. I see how hard our cleaning staff works and I feel sorry for the staff that have to deal with this on a consistent basis. I truly love living here and I hope to renew my lease in the future, but I’m concerned if the pet incidents continue I may consider moving..

|Recommended: YesVery Good Place To Live — Thank you, Terrace, Station West building and East building for being part of my journey. I’ve decided to stay here another 13 months I’ve seen people come and go staff and residence alike. Yvonne and Shirley has held the fort down tremendously. Give them a shout out when you see them in the office, the new manager starts today hopefully he can get some relief to our girls. I’m glad they started to do the community events in our club room. It makes the family closer and networking is always fun for me. I’m proud to call this place home. They keep the building new and cleaned all the time there has never been an issue to strong for me because Yvonne was there for me to relieve the pressure and the confusion. She is truly a diamond for the company she will go places. I will miss you Yvonne. Hopefully, I’ll see you around because I know you a floater as we will keep Shirley and Britney close to our hearts welcome back Britney.
